Private pay, quoted as ranges because every family's hours are different. The free meet and greet is what turns a range into an actual number for your house.
The building block
Visits are booked in four, six, eight, ten or twelve hour blocks, or around the clock. The three packages below are just the patterns families ask for most: a couple of short visits a week, a few longer ones, or a block every weekday.
Anything past ten hours in a single visit is billed at an hourly rate on top of the block, so a longer day never means guessing at the cost.
The three regular arrangements
These are ranges because that is how J N J quotes them. The free meet and greet is where Janet turns a range into the actual number for your family.
$225 to $250 a week
Twice a week, two to three hours a visit
Who this fits
Families who mostly manage on their own but want two dependable visits a week: meals prepped, the house tidy, medication reminders kept, and someone checking in.
What's included
What is not included: Hands-on personal care like bathing or dressing is not part of this tier. Peace of Mind or an hourly add-on covers that.
$425 to $495 a week
Three times a week, three to six hours a visit
Who this fits
Families who need real hands-on help several times a week, not just a check-in: someone helping with the shower, the laundry, the grocery run, and the company in between.
What's included
What is not included: This is three visits a week, not daily coverage. Families needing someone there every weekday, or overnight, want Full-Day Support or 24-hour care instead.
$850 to $975 a week
Monday to Friday, five to nine hours a day
Who this fits
Families who need someone there through the working week, most of every day: personal care, meals, the cleaning and errands that stack up when nobody has time for them.
What's included
What is not included: This package is scheduled Monday to Friday. Weekend visits and overnight coverage are arranged separately, including as 24-hour or live-in care when a family needs it.
Anything past ten hours in a day, on any package, is billed at an hourly rate on top.
How paying for it works
J N J is paid directly by the family, not billed through an insurance plan or a larger agency, so there is no middleman fee added to the number above. There is also no contract. If your family's needs change next month, the hours change with them, and nothing you signed holds you to last month's arrangement.
The free meet and greet is not a sales visit. Janet comes to the house, hears what the week actually looks like, and tells you honestly which block of hours and which package fits, before anything is agreed or paid for.
