Care we provide
Hospice Care Support
Non-medical comfort, company and family relief at home, alongside the hospice team and never in place of it.
Chapter 01
We work alongside hospice, never instead of it
The client's hospice provider and clinical team keep every medical decision, every medication, every clinical judgment about care and comfort. That does not change because we are in the house too.
What we add is non-medical support in the hours the clinical team is not there. Nothing here replaces a nurse's visit or a doctor's order.

A sunlit kitchen with a small table laid for one, a teapot, a folded newspaper and a closed weekly pill organiser
What comfort looks like hour to hour
Companionship and a calm presence in the room. Comfort checks and repositioning support as appropriate, personal care support as needed, and meal and hydration reminders when they are wanted.
Light housekeeping continues too, because a house that stays orderly is one less thing for a family to manage during a week that already has too much to manage.
Chapter 03
The family needs care too
Someone in the house has to be able to sleep, shower, and leave for an hour without guilt. Family respite is part of this service for exactly that reason, alongside plain updates on how the day went.
This is not a service that asks the family to disappear. It is one that gives them room to be a family member again for part of the day, instead of only a caregiver.
How we talk about this
No promises about outcomes, no euphemisms, nothing dressed up to read as marketing during a family's worst week. Plain and calm is the whole standard here.
If a question is about the medical course of the illness, that question goes to the hospice team. What we can answer honestly is what a visit from us looks like, and we will.
